The house is located in a quiet secluded neighborhood next to Nicene Marks Redwood Forest State Park, just outside of the city of Santa Cruz. After that, I can be reached anytime to answer questions or concerns. I will meet you at the property to say hello and provide you with a door code. Guests will have access to the entire house and are free to explore this 1.5-acre wooded property. We will send you the rental agreement shortly after booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This is to ensure the continued use of our permit as well as to respect our neighbors. After 8 pm additional guests need to vacate the premises. The house cannot sleep more than 6 people including children of any age. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and a full kitchen with everything you need to make dinner for 6. The treehouse comes with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Inside the home, you will enjoy the clean and comfortable space with luxurious touches throughout. Enjoy 3 different decks on the top floor, each with a different ocean or forest view. The house is in a secluded, wooded neighborhood with quiet neighbors. However, we have plenty of space heaters and throw blankets to keep you warm. Please note that during the winter months, our 1960s artistically unique treehouse may get chilly. Curl up with a good read by the light streaming through floor to ceiling windows and under soaring wooden beams or tuck in for the evening by closing the sliding doors inspired by Japanese screens.
